Some events have parking attendants taking cash only, but they have automated booths where you can use credit to purchase parking.
Most of the time is cash only, bring a boat load, it's expensive when there is a show, you walk for ever if you use the bridge, it loops around the building.
Generally, no! But to be safe, check to see as you walk out of the parking area, (as you go to your event)! Some times you can find package deals, depending on your specific event!
