Don't know. The old guidelines for booking a vacation used to be about 7 weeks. That was to get the best prices for plane, hotels, & rental cars. But that was before the digital age. If you're looking to book a conference room for something, my guess would be at least a year. Or if you like to gamble, call them and ask them if they can put you on a waiting list for whatever dates you need in case of any **close to the last minute** cancellations. Making sure they give you enough leave time to advertise & prepare for your event. You can do the same with hotel rooms, I think. (Fact check that) You may even get a discount due to the cancellation's non-refundable deposit. 😉 There are probably other fees paid for that you can negotiate. But like I said, it's a gamble. 🤷♀️ And needs a fact check.
