Does anyone know any of the signs that your cat is ILL, or Getting ready to pass away etc. ?? Because my cat has been very lethargic, sleepy and he just looks like he doesn't want to be here anymore or something, I don't know.

#1 problem for cats is renal failure. Start giving your cat checkups blood tests at age 7 to monitor health and start early treatments. Sorry your cat is very ill

Seems like some blood test should be done, PLEASE take your cat to the vet, why wait??? I am 99% sure they will do a blood test, it could be something simple, it's never normal for a cat to not eat for a few days
