Kade Tay's experience was different than mine. I've visited this store many times in the past and staff always were helpful; several times, staff escorted me to something that I could not find.
It's a place where you cannot find people to help they just pass you around and by me being in a wheelchair I feel as if I'm a 2nd class cotizen
The only department the employees were sort of rude was the Money Center. I used The mobile express app and customers got mad that I went ahead of them. Otherwise I haven't had any problems
