My daughter has been calling y'all since the 14 of may this month . Y'all double charge her card and when we call we get transferred to some else who just hanges up on us or never answers. Just called again and got hung up on again.

Jo Munoz you can go to the wal mart where your daughter made the purchase with her receipt they can check the videos of that day and register and if it shows that she scanned the same item twice you'll be refunded the money owed to you . here is the corporate number 1-800-walmart
