Yes they have road hazard. If tire can't be fixed it is replaced. Also covers balance and rotate every 6,000 miles

I they won't cover tires they don't sell. But they do, do you rotation i believe for free.

You can buy road hazard if the tires are new enough. I dont know about rotation
