Why is the management lazy and uncoordinated And the people behind the service desk dont knw anything or act untrained on how too do the job

Never found it to be that way

I dont know why!!.. I shop there, same checkers, dept areas, friendly, courteous and helpful. I have not had the experience you have. My complaint is changing the stock on aisles in grocery.. ..But I've learned the new layout, I can find what I came for now.

Must b the Wal-Mart way
