I placed my order 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the information that my item has been shipped? How long does it take once you place an order, for it to be shipped?

I had ordered two months ago as well, it was labeled as “shipped”, but the package wasn’t going anywhere until I contacted them what was going on. They had said one of the shirts I chose was sold out, they had given me options such as choosing a different merchandise that’s the same price or ask for a refund. I had responded to them, wanting a different item. It’s been a week since I last got an email from them.

Dude I got the same problem I preordered the new Seether vinyl and a couple other things in a bundle and like 2 weeks ago they emailed me asking for my address saying I typed it wrong when on limited runs receipt it’s typed correctly. But that’s not even the worst of it the new album has been out for roughly two months now I still don’t have my stuff and I emailed them back a handful of times when they first emailed me on October 13 (it’s now October 24) and they still haven’t responded to any of my emails. I just simply want to know if it’s shipped or not.
