I can't explain that. I suggest keep going up there and talking to the managers. Ask who's the hiring manager, when you don't come up there, call the manager. Persistence is the key. McDonald's is known for being a 1st job and giving people a chance. Also, you want to know if the store is cooperate or franchised. If it is franchised ask what other locations does the owner have. There's a difference. Cooperate stores usually follow all the rules and offer the employees a chance to go to McDonald's University free to the employee. Franchises usually cut corners and have to always deep clean before an inspection. If this particular store doesn't hire you, try another McDonald's and transfer to this particular store. Good luck.
