Check with them, maybe you'll be lucky and get next day express shipping, shouldn't taste too bad. I've done leftovers.
You can call them up and check. But even if arrangements are made to send it to Delmar NY, will it be fresh?
I doubt it. But it's definitely worth the trip to Chicago.
