Can you bring someone if they don't have a foid?

You can but some one with a foid needs to be there if they want to shoot.

Yes you can, but one of the two needs to have it.

Yes you can but they can only look at the guns on display. I.e. they can't hold the guns. But if you go into the range with them then they can shoot as long as you have a foid

I'm pretty sure you can, as long as one person has a foid
