My understanding is older couple that own this place and all you can get is a recorder they don't make it so that you can call into the place at all and talk to someone so the only thing I can just suggest is sending a letter otherwise you'll just have to go in as soon as you can if I were you though I would make sure any credit cards or anything like that were all canceled was it being a college town and on the highway I wouldn't trust that they weren't being used or that it was even found by the employees
To be honest with you, I've never placed a call there. My advice is to continue to call, cancel all cards if you don't get an answer.
Did you try calling in the afternoon or evening? They arent "open" in the morning....
