Don't know but if they would they could make it a HEB Plus. That would be really GREAT!! There is enough space with the part that has never been occupied. And I think the shoe store right next door (Payless) is closing, too. Even more space to expand the HEB. If Lidl builds their store on the lot directly across from Petco, (they already own the property) that is going to give HEB a lot more competition than Walmart ever has. Tbey are known for fresh foods including an in house bakery at much lower prices.

Not sure if the FM78/Foster location is moving but, HEB did buy the property and is opening a store where Target was located.
