This rolando different from Hildebrand because the one on Pleasanton sucks i went by and got a togo order and it was messed up so i called them and they said there is nothing they can do to fix there. mistake

It's a franchise, so yes, they are run by different owners but that doesn't sound like something that would happen at either location
