Why don't they answer the phone

It's Walmart, do expect too much from a place that doesn't even train their employees properly. They are there to take your money that's it

This store is fully staffed from 7a.m.-9p.m. after nine all departments have closed but the store itself is open 24 hrs.

I've been there before where they are just standing around talking with the phons just ringing. So this is not a short in staff issue but lack of interest in answering the phone.

Perhaps low on staff
