Is it safe in the evenings and what is the hours of it being open?

Very safe any time of the day. Hours are 6:00 a.m.-11:00 PM

The center is only open for scheduled special events, so not open daily.

Its very safe. Sherrif and Bulverde PD go by very often. Been there after dark, not sure about the hours. During Spring/Summer they have movie nights aftet dark.

Safe park and area at night. Not sure of hours.
