Last time I went in - they said that they weren't doing any exchanges... but we mostly had comics and cards. But, it wouldn't hurt to call and ask before you make a trip down there intent on a return-value.

Sorry, we don't really have a dedicated person to monitor Google posts, but we will definitely try to be better about it. We are always in the market to buy pops, it really depends on what you have. We would need to see them, in person, before we were able to make you any kind of offer. We do have certain employees that are authorized to buy and trade merchandise, and they are not always there unfortunately.
