I had to call, while at the pick up window, I waited for over 10 mins. I called they answered, so I canceled my order at that time

Does Pizza Hut not have bills that ring or things that pop up when somebody sitting in their drive-thru for 10 minutes really that's just bogus if you if you set the the alarm off at the window and nobody answers for 10 minutes I would have cancelled my order too

Mornings can be very busy for them up until 1 or so dependent on future orders placed before they open. Did you simply cancel when they answered or did you remind them of your presence at the window? Was your order ready or were they still getting to it due to your order or one before it being large? Too little info and this seems like it should've been a review instead of a question.
