I do not know their official policy, BUT I can tell you when I was there exactly 7 days ago, there was a couple there with two of their dogs. One was carried and one was on leash. Neither were service dogs and they were being escorted by who was I think the owner. At the very least I think exceptions are made. I'd give them a call first though.
