Yes, you can bring children to Brunch. However, it is a darker, more confined dining space. And lot's of stairs for bathroom, (although there is a 'very busy' one person bathroom near the bar).

Shouldn't be a problem, but the tables I've seen seated 4 or less, so I'd call ahead if you're bringing a family of 6 or something.
I don't see why not but keep in mind the setting is darker than normal and often there is spectacular but loud live entertainment.
