I got married at the Flynn Pavillion last September. The park people were great to work with. Sent me floor plans and pictures to get ideas for setup. I was running late (as brides do) so they worked with my "assistants" so they could start setting up instead of waiting on me. Don't be nervous, everything will work out, and the stuff that don't is what makes the memories. My cake had issues during transit and we misplaced 25 dinner plates so people are dinner on cake plates. I wouldn't trade it for perfection anyday.
I have worked tons of events there and I highly recommend a day of coordinator and hire vendors who are familiar with the place and policies!
