Yes and no they have indoor entrances
Last I looked on the 2nd floor they have both a men's & women's bathroom on both the east & west ends of the building. Last few years I have only used the bathroom on the east end though, so I can't vouch for the west end.
The have bathrooms outside the main building along the porch. 1 male 1 female. Not sure what they have inside.

Yes there are two bathrooms outside-they're multi stall heated/enclosed on the main patio, there are also 2 multi stall bathrooms upstairs along with a single-stall bathroom upstairs.
