For Morton's Neuroma, make sure your shoes fit properly and don't squeeze your feet from the sides. Also, make sure you have enough toe room to wiggle your toes in the shoes. If that doesn't help after a few days, stop in and see us and we can do an evaluation and recommend some products to help. Plantar Fasciitis requires more evaluation to help you properly. However, try some calf stretches 3X a day, wear well-structured shoes and don't walk barefoot--even in your home. Stop in to see us if you need further help. Best, Joe.
