Right at the market, free public parking is quite good- -but if you can walk 1/2 block, there's LOADS of parking.

Yes. I've never had an issue with parking. Just make sure you come in off Farmington Road and look for the farmers market signs on the east side on the road . They will guide you where to park.
The market is in a large parking lot but it fills up fast. However, there is designated market parking across a side street that usually has spots available.
There is plenty of parking around the event, there are signs throughout the downtown area telling you where you can park. I usually go within the first hour and have a pretty easy time finding somewhere close to park only a few steps away from the booths.
