Wendy's is terrible the french fries were dry and burnt and this new pretzel roll sandwich the meat in their was all dry and they are too expensive I'm done no more with them

You should have taken it back. They knew it was burnt before they put it on the bun. Shame on Wendy's for doing that. I would call them and ask to speak to the Manager today and tell them what happened. The Manager will probably make a note of a credit for the next time you come. Good luck.
