They do have a fork lift service. Additional weight and the forklift usage will include additional cost.

They had the ability to receive large packages at one point. I do know they do need to know in advance then something is being shipped on a skid.
Best to phone and ask. I had 4 tires shipped there, but you may need special equipment to move it around. Ask about their loading bay as well for loading up. They're very accommodating.
