The grill marks are made by cooking the burgers on the grill! There is no other way to put marks on the burgers without cooking them on the grill.
It’s not fake grill marks. The meat is pattied at an outside facility and they come with marks in them. They then grill them and it makes them look fake
That just means it comes frozen.
