It is a take business only. They are not required to have delivery. I walk to Leo's which is more than a mile and I am handicapped. It will do you good to walk to and back from Leo's
I used to wonder why they don't sell French Fries, Milkshakes, and deliver but it's not the typical fast food place in that regard. There are plenty of places who offer all of that and more, but when it comes down to the quality of the product Leo's is by far one of if not the best.
Definitely takeout only. But really good, fast, friendly, and busy. If they're busy, there is your sign on how good they are to the locals.
Leo's has the biggest best steak sandwich in Philly stay away from the commercial places
No delivery
Leo's will also pack subs to travel! I've taken them as far as Dallas, TX and they were great! No delivery but worth the trip - we drive from NJ for subs! Yummo!
