Hi Jack and chef197 just looking through Tuscana's menu and I find it never suggest staff or ownership is or should be Italian or any other nationality of the Entire staff or ownership is Italian. Also the menu shows Italian food and that is all that comes to your table or delivered to your home. I'm certain no one that orders Tuscana's food expects that it is made in Tuscana, Italy or by only Italians. So Jack and chef197 lighten up and think broader.
