I have purchased cakes suitable for added decoration. But, you would have to do that yourself. Honestly. If you are trying to save money by going to an outlet store, you might want to get the decorations as well.
No, they do not write on the cakes for you. This is an outlet store with Associates to check you out only. They do have quite a selection & you could easily purchase an icing tube and write on the cake as desired.
