We reached out to Doordash and this was their response, "This is something where the Consumer would need to reach out to Doordash about, since it does specify when placing the order what date the order is for. If the Consumer is placing the order correctly, with the correct date, then we would need to look into it further but we ask for a delivery id number as reference to see what the issue may be." Sounds like a Doordash question, I don't think Itto controls that.
