I never had a problem with Phatso's either until today. Been getting bakery goods from them since I was a kid and so on.. Placing an order ahead of time is NOT for them.. Everyone here in Chester are use to them NOT being open from time to time with no reason as to why when they are suppose to be open apparently. At first I would say .. Hey everytime I go they are open.. But not anymore, still poor business practice on their end. There was NO mix up what so ever.. Everything was clear cut and precise as to what was needed and expected and they didn't deliver. Period. Unprofessional and made me look crazy even promoting them as hard as I did for my company higher management.
I have never had a problem at Phatso's Bakery. Very friendly staff. The owner in my opinion is very friendly and professional. He is the type of person if you have a problem you can speak with him. I love this establishment.
Well that's unfortunate there had to have been a mix-up have you tried calling the owner because the donuts and cookies are just that good the oatmeal raisin cookies and glazed donuts on my favorites but you do have to order ahead if you want them a large quantity whenever I go unannounced the are always out of glazed donuts
