The front entrance is, the rear entrance is not.
This can be a little deceptive looking as there is handicapped parking in the rear with a ramp up to the building. However, just inside there are three steps up for which there is no ramp. If you are ambulatory, you may be able to negotiate the short climb. But if wheelchair bound, you will need to enter through the front door.
