Cody, the seats are grouped together in a love seat style. That being said the outside arm rest do not go up because they are the frame of the love seat and where the reclining mechanism is located. Now the center arm rest inside each love seat does go all the way up. Hopefully that helps.

Honestly, Cody, I can't remember. It's a great theater, and I would suggest giving them a call or going to the website. If the seats fully recline, then the arm rests shouldn't go up, as they are where the seat controls are. Hopefully this will be helpful.
