I was in the store today for a key fob battery and was told they have the batteries..but the person says it is to hard to install and he may break it..is this true?..went somewhere else and they did do it

Michael is right some of those guys only know how to find the part but don't know anything about the mechanical side of the part!!

no its not hard to install. that piece is necesary for a few functions of the car and in some cases is necessary for the car to run period. we tend to forget that majority of the people working at autozone are not mechanics. they may have basic knowledge of a car but thats it. honestly, if you want to know how to do pretty much anything, you can google it. and it will show you with video how to do whatever it is you need to do.
