If you have to keep my car overnight or longer for repairs do you provide loaner cars? Is so is there a distance requirement to where I live in order to get a loaner car?

I got a loaner, they got me one from the rental place that's down the street from them and I had it a couple of days.. I did have to pay a deposit that I got back when I turned the rental back in.

Not for me, I had a warranty and recall work That took 2 days, was never given a loner. Maybe if you have a lease, but may have to pay extra for that
