Ive never seen a sign saying you can't. Also no one that volunteers there never says anything. Plus dogs and kids play in it all the time. I just wouldn't drink it!
I see kids and dogs playing and splashing in the water regularly. I have never seen a sign telling people to stay out. Lots of churches baptize people in the water too
