Hello If you order something online and need to return it, how long do you have? Product is shoes, they have never been worn. They do not fit and it's been a timing issue getting them back from the person to return to the store.

90 days but covid can change that between prior buy or during. if you have a recipt they should if perfect condition. but here's the but depends on items returning.
