I bought mine 2 years ago. A month after I got it they had to replace the entire fuel system. As soon as I paid it off four major things broke and needs fixed. I still haven't gotten the title for it either. I was also told that no one actually even looked at my car before they sold it! They slapped stickers on and sold it.
Im on my 2nd car with them. No major issues. As long as u have steady income u should be good. Engine and transmission been good on both the Mercury sable and current Sonata.
It depends. Like Heather said as long as you're paying them in advance you should be good. Otherwise, I'll never buy from them again.
I am on my third vehicle from them,treated me really good.
