Do they come to your home to make repairs?

It just needs the hook for the vertical blind which broke. I am a handicapped senior and can not.fix.it.

no we do not come to the home to make repairs, all repairs are done at our factory in Lakewood NJ. However, if you call your local showroom, they can set up an installer to come out and pick up the blind to bring it in to be fixed then they will bring it back and put it back up. there is usually a fee for this but you would need to check with your local showroom to be sure.

They get repaired at the store ... blinds for life means you have to keep taking blinds back to the store. Blind consultants are just order takers and damage control for the company! CONSUTANTS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT The consumer needs just measurements and Guess what? Cheep parts are guaranteed for life.
