Just though it was worth the shot, they have received a monitor i sent to them with a label ups created for their return and they say i have not sent the monitor… that the tracking number is not the one they have for the created return( i canceled my first return and it seems that ups used that label for the return instead of the latest one) so now i have to wait until july 1st for further resolution… which i can already assume it will be a headache because they blame me and not their system
I really don’t know any straight number for them, anyway they probably won’t no the answer you want to, cause they never have one
