You eat before. This allows time to enjoy the food before the comedy show.

You eat prior to show. It's a multiple course dinner and is plenty of time. It's actually more than enough time to sit, eat, and converse. Definitely no rush.

Dinner is served before the show. Typically it's a set menu to choose from. If you'd like you can dine in the regular room and tell your server you're trying to make it to the comedy show. They'll be more than happy to make sure you get to the comedy room in time. The earlier you arrive the closer you will sit to the stage
