I got a call from lorana hardy satateong I was awarded a rescue plan act grant of 14,000.00 an I had to pay the state of Idaho treasure of 998.00 to have money wire transfer . Nick little from federal reserve bank in New York is the one I have been working with .is it a scam I paid 2000.00 already
