You can report them to the FICA, I think. But as for getting your money back, you are SOL
Call the federal trade commission.. This happened to me yesterday. Tell them you want your money back. Or you will file charges for illegal solicitation. They will give it back.

I was called by a company Called Money Loans spoke to a fellow Alvin Theodore said i was approved for a 5k loan i requested told me i had to get insurance to secure my loan paid it gave me a policy # then he said i had to pay 400 for the transfer fees..said this loan was coming from Federal Reserve Bank of NY and it was all bs...I got took for my whole paycheck do to this sly fox.All because I was new to getting a loan..so stay away from the so called loan agency Money Loans they give ya real names of Loan insurance Americans Loan Ins and use the Federal Reserve Bank of Ny as their cover story
