Spot on answer Sandra. Our turn around time depends entirely on the type of timepiece, the age, the service history, condition, and availability of parts. Some jobs may have a few week turnaround while others might be more than a year. For more clarification regarding your timepiece, please give us a call!

All depends on how much work is to be done.

our contract stated that it would take anywhere from 12-18 weeks to fix our two clocks and possibly up to 12 months. well it took nearly two years and they were never fixed. we took one clock back after a year and finally took the second back after 22 months. a lot of excuses from owner, calls we never returned in a timely manner or not at all, they kept our deposit even though they breached the contract, would definitely not recommend and on a scale of 1-10 they get a minus 10. There's a lot more detail but I don't want to waste another minute talking about this company.
