Any info on Boardwalk Hall would be appreciated. Parking and costs? Is there a reasonable bar nearby to meet up with some friends not going to the event?

I parked on the street and was fine..and there are several casinos and bars along the boardwalk where friends can wait and hang...have fun..

You can park in the boardwalk hall ...little more money but convenient...there are many decent bars around to meet people

You have posting meters they do take cards you know the kind you have them in your wallet just make sure you put enough time on them and go enjoy

I also parked on the side where the meters were. I walked right up the stairs onto the boardwalk and the entrance to boardwalk Hall was a few footsteps away. I think I put 4.00 in the meter. I went to a 2hr concert and I still had time left when I came out. The only thing was, the meter only took quarters.
