Hi, yes but you have to either be 100% service connected, or have a service connection for dental in any amount (10-100%)
The VA also has a discounted dental plan with Delta dental or metlife to use privately. You can search dental insurance on the va.gov website and it brings you to the VADIP page to sign up.
My Dentist was great. He just retired. Not enough Dentists. Pending what you're having done could mean an appointment every 5 weeks as for dentures. Great results.
