They're supposed to keep the hot and ready pizzas for no more than 20-30 minutes. If your pizza looks old, it probably is, ask for a new one.
Good question, most of the pizza at Little Caesar's we found to be so good that we don't have leftovers. The only issue we ever had was with the deep dish pizza, it was under cooked the dough was still gooey and we had to put it in the oven at home for another 15 minutes.
