Me as a coustermer I personally don't have any problems with McDonald's I really think that the worker's work hard hard and they do there best to keep us happy.
Yeah I've had a couple of bad experiences there especially when i went there and spent money and ask for a cup of water with my meal and they tell me a cup of water cost a dollar
I never have any problem at this McDonald's.

I am sorry you had a bad experience.. I am in this McDonald's several times a week and the manager's and workers are usually very compensating! How long ago was this? If it was recent i suggest going back and complaining again i am positive they do there Best to work for there customers! Also what time was it? From 11pm at night till 6 am there are only 2-3 workers. And it is a very difficult time for them. Especially when an employee doesn't show up! I feel bad for your bad experience. But i can promise they are not always like this!! Sorry again... But give it another try! They work very hard at this McDonald's to accommodate everyone!!
