Hi, Great question! I think our customers have been more than happy with the safety precautions that we have had in place since February/March. We take all orders over the phone along with a credit/debit card payment to ensure a no-touch transaction. We then take a description of your vehicle and give you a time estimate. When you arrive, we can either hand your order to you, place your order in a passenger side or trunk, or set your order on a cart outside to maintain social distancing. All of our employees are wearing masks and have been practicing safe hygiene. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
Han's Golden Dragon has been the place to trust during this crazy time. They have always served the food fresh and hot. The whole staff is always seen wearing masks when I pick up my food. The restaurant has windows that provide almost full view of the working area. When other restaurants have opened the doors for dining they have kept their services to pick up only keeping everyone safe. They take the proper steps in making sure customers don't contaminate them or others. They provide a table for no contacts pick up and have also set my food just inside the back door of my van. I drove up, hit the button on the automatic door, Andrew set my food nicely inside and stepped back for adequate social distancing guidelines to let us know how much they appreciated the business and wish us well. Such an amazing caring family restaurant.
